Reporting to the Printing Department Manager, the Printing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the planning, managing and directing of Printing Maintenance Operation
• Manage the Printing Maintenance Team
• Direct reports include, Lead Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Electricians
• Be responsible for the supervision of direct reporting Team Members.
• Manage the Printing Maintenance Operations
• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance for primary and secondary equipment
• Establish and Ensure the Achievement of Performance Targets
• Participate in establishing and adhering to Printing Maintenance objectives.
• Understand and adhere to annual budget and performance targets
• Lead daily shift maintenance meetings.
• Participate in daily operation meeting
• Manage the Printing Continuous Improvement Program
• Participate in the CI program to deliver the department objectives.
• Monitor and Ensure Health & Safety / HACCP & SQF / 5S Compliance
Qualifications:
• Require university degree, preferably in Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related area.
• Equivalent experience can be substituted for degree. 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a fast-paced, high volume printing environment.
• 5 years of progressive leadership in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in manufacturing maintenance operations.
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Project management skills
