Job Summary

The Process Engineer is going to drive continuous improvement by working independently or in conjunction with Engineering, Production, maintenance, or vendors to analyze and develop solutions to improve on or solve issues in the Injection Molding Department. This includes design, development or modifications of new and existing processes, equipment, tooling, materials, cost, or quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue cost savings initiatives.
• Involvement in the design, testing and signing off on new equipment/processes on Molding’s behalf
• Participate in cause and corrective action analysis, implementing solutions related to the molding process.
• Lead resolution of process / product quality issues.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot equipment, tools and processes.
• Utilize Statistical Process Control to establish process tolerances.
• Provide leadership and drive improvement actions regarding equipment upgrades and purchases
• Ensure appropriate documentation, spare parts and preventative maintenance programs are in place by project completion
• Provide training for technicians and supervisors
• Perform Design of Experiments.
• Establish and document robust processes.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities by providing solutions that eliminate waste and process variation.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree or diploma, preferably in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership/management, written & verbal communication, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in injection molded/thermoformed plastics
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and applications.
• Strong mechanical ability and proven ability to root cause and determine permanent corrective actions.
• Sound understanding of Statistical Process Control, Process Capability, and Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
• A working knowledge of the injection molding process, molds and, peripheral equipment.

Industrial Electrician



Days and Afternoon shift

Responsibilities



· Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair all aspects of electrical components and machinery

· Reference equipment manuals for set-up and operation

· Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments.

· Work with the Engineering and Maintenance team to increase efficiency, production quality, and volume

· Repair machinery and equipment as required

· Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.

· Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.

· Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and maintains various electrical components and procedures.



Requirements:



· 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate of Qualification from Ontario College of Trades (or equivalent)

· At least 3 years related experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably automotive

· Ability to read, interpret and work from detailed electrical schematics

· Experience in trouble shooting and repairing electrical / mechanical problems

· Must have proven ability and experience completing electrical installation work including: control wiring, conduit, power wiring and mcc work

· Experience in moving, assembling, disassembling, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of machinery and equipment.

· Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in designing and developing high-performance industrial vacuum systems.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Perform detailed structural analyses to ensure the mechanical integrity, safety, and reliability of vacuum system components.

• Review and interpret customer specifications to ensure clear understanding and alignment with project requirements.

• Lead clarification and project kick-off meetings with customers to define and confirm technical specifications and expectations.

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to internal processes and effective timeline management.

• Select appropriate materials and components based on system specifications.

• Create general arrangement (GA) drawings, P&ID, GA exploded views, and detail assembly instructions to support manufacturing and assembly.

• Create part numbers and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the company’s ERP system.

• Conduct duct loss calculations to design efficient tubing and fitting layout for vacuum systems.

• Collaborate with the R&D team to support new product development initiatives.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate, source system components.

• Support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with performance standards and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with internal teams including production and supply chain to ensure smooth product development.

• Ensure all designs meet applicable industry standards and certifications.

• Provide technical support to customers, as well as internal production and sales teams.

• Design and develop mechanical components for industrial vacuum systems.

• Contribute on continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing existing designs for better efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.



Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Professional Engineer (P. Eng) license is required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the vacuum systems industry.

• Knowledge of vacuum pumps & piping systems.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Bilingual Technical Equipment Service Specialist for OEM

You will be supporting all dealers on a technical level and working from corporate head office. This role also be Hybrid working from office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week.

Duties and responsibilities

Provide dealer service staff and internal staff with technical information and support in the areas of Product Support ( Agricultural, Construction and Compact equipment)
Support dealers and customers in the areas of hydraulic and electrical systems, gas and diesel engines, transmission systems.
Provide technical support and advice to dealer technicians, field staff and internal staff by way of phone, email, Dealer Link, and training seminars
Maintain Dealer Link web system and internal database with the most recent and accurate information from plant factories and local vendors
Issue Service Bulletins, Field campaigns, Technical tips, and Technical Service Reports
Assist on managing warranty claim processing and adjudication from dealer submission to resolution
Identify potential product concerns, maintain the Technical Problem Log sheet, and issue Flash reports

Requirements

The Heavy Equipment Technician will work to diagnose, repair, perform routine maintenance, as well as execute complete rebuilds on a variety of Vehicle equipment and attachments. Our customer’s uptime is vital, so this role is critical to get their equipment up and running and their jobs moving forward.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Trouble shoot, repair, install, and perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance & repair on various models of equipment and attachments in the field
• Program, update and calibrate on-board control systems
• Focus on key processes such as completion of service work papers, working with dealer online support, filling out warranty information, and conducting housekeeping duties

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
